1. Using LawnBase
LawnBase is a business management tool for scheduling jobs, tracking clients, and invoicing customers. By creating an account, you agree to use it only for legitimate business purposes and to keep your login credentials secure.
2. Your data
You own the client, job, and invoice data you enter into LawnBase. We store it on your behalf so you can access and manage your business, and we don't share it with other LawnBase accounts or third parties except as needed to provide the service (for example, payment processing through Stripe or text messages through Twilio, if you choose to enable those features).
3. Payments
If you connect Stripe to accept payments, those transactions are handled directly by Stripe under their own terms. LawnBase does not store your customers' payment card details.
4. No warranty
LawnBase is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You're responsible for verifying important details (like invoice amounts) before relying on them.
5. Account termination
You can stop using LawnBase and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that are used for illegal activity or to abuse the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as LawnBase grows. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
